Originally from Tokyo where I worked as a fashion stylist, I have been practicing as a complementary therapist for over 20 years, since studying at the Tisserand institute of Aromatherapy in London.
I am passionate about natural and holistic therapy.

I work from the Wellington Health and Wellbeing Centre in Hastings. I can also make home visits in the Hastings St Leonards and Bexhill areas of East Sussex.

I’ve experienced two courses of Bowen Technique and a foot reflexology treatment over the past couple of years then most recently a Thai Herbal Hot Compress Massage, which was gifted to me as a birthday treat. Each treatment with the lovely Manami has been wonderfully relaxing and has benefited my overall health and wellbeing. My favourite treatment has been the Thai Herbal Hot Compress Massage, which melted away my body stiffness, warmed my muscles this winter, leaving me feeling looser and very deeply relaxed. I can highly recommend Manami’s experience, her lovely manner and her deeply relaxing treatments.
